zoning/logging out troubles
 

hey guys,

i recently installed the game and am currently having problems zoning in and out of areas. my game crashes more often than not when i attempt to visit different 'zones', both previously explored and not. also having similar problems while logging. my game does not reach character select when i camp out - it just crashes upon reaching 0 sec in the countdown.

any ideas / insight as to what's going on or how to fix it? thanks in advance.
