For teams I'm offering to volunteer the hardware and bandwidth to run a 24x7 twitch stream of Vox and Naggy that anyone can monitor/record evidence of any exploitation.

For RMT, I'm suggesting that multiquesting be removed entirely. If you want a quest reward, you have to be present when the quest item drops. This wouldn't eliminate RMT but it would cut down on it substantially. It would also prove it isn't why the server exists in the first place.
