Doing some research on the bloody claw quest and found this comment:

"I think there are 3 new dragons as of the latest patch - possibly these 3? :) Yal, Bufa, and Derasinal... seem to look younger than the other dragons...can anyone confirm that they've been around for a while? never seen them before the last patch..."

Can't find any info on Bufa or Yal pre February so it matches this guy's testimony, but Derasinal seems to be a day1 dragon.

Speaking of specific names, have not seen Tantor or Myga since launch, are they not in or just really rare?

NM just ran into Myga, now for the mystery of the Tantor

Yeah, Myga spawns.

Tantor, Icehackle, and Stronghorn spawn as well.
