This would never happen 10 years ago. Oh how the times have changed!

You can also buy a level 85 raid ready in EQ2. Makes me feel sad for the current generation of gamers.

People have been buying max level characters, gear and currency since EQ1 released in 1999. For far more than what the game companies are now charging. Why is it surprising to you that they are trying to capitalize on the idea if there is a market for it?
