Faction Ping Fuzzlecutter ?

I am a human druid. I need to raise Faction with Ping Fuzzlecutter in WP, when i first /con'd him i was at apprehensive. (along with the guards as well)
Cast wolf form...still apprehensive.

So i did the rat whisker quest in east freeport 22 times that allegedly gives a +7 hit to one of Pings faction each time....still apprehensive.
Cast wolf form...still apprehensive.

So then i went to North Qeynos to visit Lashun Novashine and gave hime 500 gp....2 at a time, which allegedly raises 2 of Pings factions....still apprehensive.
Cast wolf form...still apprehensive.

Does this sound correct to everyone?
Thanks

why do you need faction with him? I have no useful information, but just thought I'd ask.

he wants to save 1sp per fuzzlecutter formula when he buys in bulk.

fuzzlecutter formulas are a scam.

I don't think the benefit of the drink he sells even operates correctly here, meaning it gets used up at the same rate as a cheap-ass water does.

Yea, that's classic, food/drink shouldn't even display the line about how "good" they are.

Another gnome scam, and beware of Ak'anon ponzy schemes.

I agree, it doesn't appear that Fuzzlecutter 5000 lasts any longer than regular drinks here.

Speaking of which, I couldn't find a drink merchant in Freeport 2 days ago, went to Ping and he wasn't there! Did someone kill him?
