What's the best way to protect oneself from leaked personal information?

How is email/google+ information getting out on teamspeak? If you need instant alerts for whatever reason, how do you set this up without using your real phone number?

etc.

Nope. Its just bein careful. Connect behind 6 proxies and lots of tin foil. More than that, like 3 rolls

I dunno how to use proxies, especially with applications that don't run in my browser. But okay, I can be careful.
