Icewell Keep NPC issues
 
Royal Scribe Kaavin (681, -88, 62.4) - currently respawns in 21 minutes. Should be 6 hours.

Grand Huntsman Darral (660, 111, 62.4) - also currently respawns in 21 minutes and should take 6 hours.

Aggro feels pretty good in here - it's low as many other people have mentioned in a lot of zones but that's appropriate for Icewell - you could run around KOS and uninvis and largely avoid aggro if you kept your distance. Inter-faction assist aggro should actually be turned down a bit (for instance, you should be able to engage Darral on his spot without Slade aggroing).

Resists are by and large on the low side for all the dwarves. It was almost impossible to land magic based snares, roots, stuns, slows, mez, etc. on any of the guards or named NPCs on live, and I've found numerous posts complaining about resists of poison, cold, and disease based spells as well. Right now I can snare most everything with a 55 wizard, and a 49 mage air pet can get stuns through quite often as well. Fire nukes work almost all the time which feels right. So FR is good but they should have much higher MR and probably at least slightly higher everything else.
