Fixing lag issues in Sol A / Paw / Permafrost
 

For people who experience major delay in casting / actions randomly in the following zones: Sol A, Paw or Permafrost, try the following:

Go into Options, the Display, and lower your maximum framerate from 100 (default) to a lesser value (60 seems to fix most of people's lag):
