Zone emotes in Kael are triggering too frequently.
 

I ran through Kael earlier following two Ogres and each time we past an invisible emote npc we'd all trigger the emote message. So like, 3 "a cold breeze blows through the cavern" one after the other.

I think there's supposed to be some reactivation cooldown. I can't remember what it was on live but I imagine it would be at least 30 seconds of a delay before it would emote again.

(EDIT; I put this here because the emotes come from quest scripts and I couldn't think of anywhere else to put it other than NPCS, but emote npcs are invisible so yeah, you know.

I set them for 60 seconds. If an exact time is found, let me know and I'll adjust.
