Felisiana of Tunare - Wakening Land
 

Felisiana of Tunare is standing inside a tree near 600, 525, -200. She doesn't seem to be an important npc, so I can't find any info on her spawn loc or pathing (shes static on p99 beta), but I doubt she should be inside of a tree all the time.
