Mage Epic in Velious: Earth staff
 

At what point in Velious does the Earth Staff in Hate drop off mobs other than Inny?

I heard two different stories: One that it drops from normal "a revenant", and another that it drops from a special miniboss.

Can anyone clarify what happens, and when in the Velious timeline this happens?

Pretty sure it drops off both male revenants and the named Magi after the change, 4? months into Velious.

Drops from both once Hate is revamped.

Think that % is after Hate 3.0 or 2.5 or something. Pretty sure first it just drops from Magi before being added to trash mobs later.

Can't come fast enough...
Years and years ago after doing maybe 12 Innys I got a chance to roll on the staff with about 7 other mages - lost of course.
Since I have come back been trying to buy the staff - no one is selling it.
Guild did 1 Inny - no Staff...
