Root and Snare
 

I notice Root and snare are still not stacking on Beta this was done with Velious could we please get it updated. Maybe a druid or necro could actually have a bit more use with epic.

It's not changed until a patch one month in.

neither was donals but thats nerfed right away... as well as incarnadine.. if we are gonna get the bad we should get the good too

Just saying, donals should be nerfed asap. Even now.

Its a retarded item.

Has nothing to do with the item being retarded. It was classic in the game first nerf was done 2 weeks into vel.. second nerf like 2 and a half months later.. also incarnadine BP was in a much later patch.
