non-velious changes?
 

i know there are at least a couple changes made to the old-world when velious happens (mistmoore, najena) but i am wondering if anyone knows specifics of any others? i think it would be cool to check these things out.

This also makes it easier for some to get keys for The Hole because of the Warren Kobolds, unlike Kobolds in Toxxulia, giving faction and turn-in items for Paineel faction.

Befallen... RunnyEye... Hate/Fear... Chardok...

What changes happen in all these zones?

I don't remember what changes, feels like a real new expansion not remembering everything.

Befallen (Velious +3 months): Increased levels; new loots (Pristine Studded Leather, and other stuff); wasn't there a key bug on live? don't remember if/when it ever got fixed

RunnyEye (Velious +5 months): Blackened Iron armour becomes Blackened Alloy armour; Sporali stuff

Chardok (Velious +10 months): convenient Banker and Vendor; just look at the Talk:Chardok page on the wiki; there's a link to an old page showing new drops
