slain dragons in west Wastes
 

just outside the tunnel and a little to the left are 2 slain dragons, untargettable.... These were added for a quest i forget if it was after sleepers was revamped or if it was for the essence lens... either way they are not in vel for a long time possibly even not until luclin.

Need specifics for this.

The slain dragons were added along with the Notorious Mercenaries quests in 2002
