Faction Hits
 

While in Seb today,i was taking faction hits off mobs that died near me.This was without me doing anything other than sitting also was not grouped with the people killing these mobs.
I don't remember this being classic or in the patch notes from today unless I'm going blind in my old age.

*no idea why it's gone under merchants i put it under misc*

It's the new aggro sit bubble mechanic.
