Im retarded with computers, what is chrome? And would i need to buy any software like windows to get P99 installed?

Chrome is a operating system like windows or linux. Pretty sure you cant run p99 on chrome. you need to look for a laptop(not a netbook unless its a gaming netbook) to play p99 anyone sold in a store nowadays should work.

If you hunt the internet there's still laptops/desktops out there that come with Windows 7. You don't want Windows 8.
