The fact is even when someone says something positive = trolls turn it into Drama.....Or maybe make the chat lvl based on lvls 10-20 20-30 30-40 and so on that way trolls cant effect people new to the server.

Not a good idea. If you are not mature enough to take OOC with a grain of salt i dont know what to tell you. Ive been playing for 2 weeks and I cant recall anything i would have banned anyone over myself.

OOC is useful for finding groups throughout the level brackets. So if i see level 15 war LFG, i might jump on my lowbie alt from my high level.

putting the ooc on lvl base 10-20 20-30 will allow u to get groops and not be trolled

I think /ooc needs to go away so people can form guilds for communication/banter. Global /ooc kills noob guilds.

Heck people should just get creative and make a "trade guild" to auction in on auction alts (i have a wiz for this purpose)

Why people don't do this IDK... no need for EC or global /ooc

This game is partly about creativity and industrious application of that creativity to surmount obstacles like this. And all these non-classic features are ruining that creative aspect.
