HS/Seb keying question
 

Is there a min level required for the key quests?

I have this project in mind where I wanna get a Wind Saber, Fayguard Parrying Dagger and and Fayguard Bladecatcher on a level 1 ranger but it entirely depends on the ability to get a level 1 into these zones.

Nope, but I would just go straight for VP weapons on your ranger.

Sebilis and HS don't have a level requirement to zone in here?

You gotta have a key, I just wasn't sure if the quest could be completed at lvl 1 or not.

On live these types of zone have a minimum level OR a key requirement now. Meaning, you can bypass getting the key just by getting enough levels.

IIRC, Level 5 Toon becomes Level 8 when completing a VP key. It's been a year or so since I did that, but it's a good way to PL!
