It took the server going back down to double digits for Simulated Patch days to go live. Please observe closely the impact that this change will have on the server, as I can assure you the population is going to spike.

Monitor this closely and do not let changes be the product of last resort. This server has the potential to prosper, it has for a while. It just needs additional involvement. The changes don't even need to be that drastic.
