There's some speculation as to whether we'll see it on P99 or not. Wiki says yes, I've heard a few people say no.

Can anyone confirm one way or another? Would be great to have :)

Wiki explains it pretty well. Was solved a month before Luclin and was Iksar only.

Is greenmist like the sk epic where only the most hardcore players in elite guilds will get them? Or can a casual player quest this?

It's meant for casuals and those too lazy to farm Shissar Bane in Luclin.

The good twinks will have Zlanidcar Sword or Yelinak Rots.

Yeah those would be nice but they seem out of my range, depends on what the zlandicar sword goes for after velious hs been out a few months. I am happy that I can get greenmist however.
