It's been camped pretty heavily lately by quite a few different guilds since the new raid rules so it's rarely just up roaming, it's got to the point where it's harder to get than PS!

Yes, that's my guess too. Which in my opinion is silly, as all of those new guilds will be avoiding VP like the plague anyway so they aren't tagged as Class C.
