Remind me, where are we on pets in the timeline?

Do the necro/magician/shadow knight pet summons at level 39+ dual wield automatically, or only after being given a set of weapons?

Do the weapons with "Dismiss Summon" proc vs all creatures when given to pets?

(the answers should either be no/yes or yes/no to the above, since these two things were modified in the same patch right before Velious http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20001129.html)

Can the low level non-dual wield pets wield Weighted Axe yet (or does it still disappear)?

Can they use non-Weighted Axe two handers for 2x weapon damage (will a level 1 pet given the 15 damage Halberd properly hit for 30 a swing?)

Yes, no, no, yes... I think.

Yes/No/No(still bugged)/Yes(Firerune brand will let a lvl 1 hit for 42/swing, make sure to duo if you do this, may as well give that 50% xp to a friend then to your pet.)

30+ damage weps still do double damage when used by a pet.

edit: brazier of elemental summoning + cheap 30/40 war usable weapon.

I think mage pets duel wield innately. Necro and sk I don't think do.

Dismiss summon only works on summon now (rip sword of runes)

Low levels cannot duel wield weighted axes nor can they even wield one. I believe there was a but submitted for this but I can't be for certain if the last patch (like 2 weeks ago) addressed it.

Appears double damage for any non-weighted axe works properly.

Sorry, couldn't answer it in your format <3

The level 39 necro/52 SK pet, Malignant undead innately dual-wields. Mages get innate dual wield with the lvl 34 pets (I think).

In theory you could boost a lower lvl pets 1handed damage by giving them some beastly 1handers. Like if someone really really wanted to they could give a rod of annihilation to a pet that has DW and then have someone else give it another rod of annihilation and it would be quad'ing for up to 120 dmg.

For those who just want to have some lulz they could use mace of the shadowed soul & a nocti blade or something on a 29/34 pet to boost its damage output while dualwielding. Beyond that their innate damage will be higher than anything other than a rod of annihilation or maybe some velious era pal/sk weapons.

Not all level 39 necro pets will dual wield. If you get a lower level one it does not. I tested over and over just to verify. The max level one for 39 will.
