IB had 2 in one clear a month or two back, personally I've never seen 3 before though

Just determine the spawn rate and cube it

We got 3 tears last raid. :p

I've seen 3/3. However, when i went to get mine for my shaman, we had 12 straight golems without a spawn. It spawned on the 14th and we had 2/3 on that clear.

So yeah...
