made a rogue rand down to turn it in using sneak and hide after trying to turn it in i didnt' receive ore or the robe.

Can't be hidden when you perform quest hand-ins. Sneak is ok.

I see that =( i didn't realize they changed the hide turn in function. definitely though, its rough out there!
