HELP! Character screen says Spell Files out of date

The character select screen shows only a naked Human Male with the slots telling me my spell files are out of date. I haven't played in a month maybe, and had those updated particles by Telin installed. I re-installed them but it didn't fix my problem.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
