Does anyone know where this merchant is? She is supposed to be in East Freeport but I'm having trouble locating her. She sells spells.

Probably in the Dismal Rage tunnels.

I checked down there. Couldn't find her. Im wondering if she is even in 'classic' eq. Hmm

Not a Classic NPC.

google only showed her loc on a map of Freeport that was unrecognizable to me. The only spell merchants in EFP would be either in the tunnels or maybe the shithole area above them.
