Spell Bug
 

Just made a wizard erudite. My lvl 1 frost shock spell you start with in ur inventory is lvl 255 required and is also a 1hblut item. I looked at the vendor to see if he will sell me an 'unbugged' version of the spell, but alas it is the same as well. with 20hp i dont think a newbie wizard will be able to duke it out with an even coned mobs lol...
