I started a Dark Elf, other than Neriak, What other cities can I visit and bank at?

Oggok and Grobb?

Are those the only places?

Paineel I think too.

paineel would require you to pass through erudin via the docks, so that's way more trouble than it's worth.

you can get into oggok, grobb, and the sewers beneath freeport and qeynos.

Or a port via druid/wizard.

This is actually quicker than going to the Neriak bank in most cases if you have a porting buddy. In a group good guys can go one way, bad guy can go the other and then all meet back for the port out.

If you are not an SK or necro, you should be able to bank in NFP as you are dubious but not KOS...just dont wander into places like the cleric guild or caster guild..i believe all DE are KOS there but not sure.

Some evil class/race combos can actually make it to the Freeport bank just fine.

I know Erudite Shadowknights can do it without any faction work.
