Frequent stuttering
 

I've been playing and noticing much micro stutter, about every 45 seconds .. P99 is on a 7200rpm drive, I have a Radeon 6900 series video card 4 gigs ram and a 3,4ghz quad core CPU. I have fps down to 45ish, level of detail off shadows off and have been running it with wineq2. Any suggestions would be great !
