Does the crazy fuckedup aggro factor on disease cloud and Flame Lick still applies in P99?
I Remember Rangers, druids, necros and SK being incredibly good kite-tanks.

If you're looking to agro kite as one of those 3, you'll be able to pretty easily.

Rangers on here and Live seem to be a Agro Magnet. Why they get and need Taunt is beyond me. :p
