Yes there are a few guilds which have Euro members.

There is also a guild which comprises of mainly euro players, strangly called Europa!

Take a look in this part of the forums, your see Europa listed.

Inglourious Basterds has a big euro/asian contingent.

They're also better players and harder drinkers than the yank counterparts.

FE/IB/TMO/BDA/Europa just off the top of my head....
