I can open photobucket link and check the actual picture in all it's 1024x640 glory, but still can't make out what it reads due to the text being a green mess. I'd guess you used MSpaint, so just pick .png as the file type when saving it next time. Jpeg compresses it to all hell.

That's somewhat helpful. It is 1900x1200, however, and the .jpeg looks just fine outside of photobucket's compression.
