Bug? 1 HB skill as cleric won't go up & Stays RED at 36. Lvl 8 Cleric
 

Hi all,

This has been happening for a couple of levels now.

1 HB skill as cleric won't go up & Stays RED at 36.
I'm a Lvl 8 Cleric
I tried training at Cleric GM and he says that I am at the max of 1 HB capabilities.

The 1 HB skill goes up when i level another level, but again, only a couple of points a level before it shows up as red.

Is there something i'm missing or is this a bug?
