make self inflicted HT deaths count as pvp xp loss (non rezzable), then sure

They already fixed bind rushing. Do it and you get suspended.

Only negative effect it has is that it can keep underdog guilds from participating, if their xp groups are getting killed often. Penalty for death is good, but it shouldn't be so harsh that people don't want to join the fun, it should just be enough to keep people from bindrushing / running in and sit naked next to mass pvp and do nothing while claiming LNS.
