lawl at 320+ for an ounce; predict legalization going down in flames!

naw right now its 50$ per eight becuz they have line-ups around their buildings. u can normally get an ounce for 50-100 I think (once the dust settles)

Weed never hurt anybody, this is great...funny how they limited the amount of business licenses though. I'm sure some corrupt shit went down to get one.

apparently it was hard to meet all the requirements, and the only ones initially eligible to be ready to go Jan 1 were places that were already well-established in the medical-sales side.

and considering that at one point, Colorado once had more medical marijuana stores than they did star bucks... its just a matter of time

Take a drive down Broadway in Englewood/Denver and you can't spit out of your car window without hitting a sign or building with a big pot leaf on it (or a god damned antique shop). When people come to visit they can't believe how openly advertised it has been. Such a novelty.

If they didn't limit the amount of clubs that could be open, then it would be impossible to create an infrastructure capable of regulating the industry. And trust me, a lot more corrupt shit goes down when an industry is completely unregulated. Most people in California and are buying poison from corrupt club owners, who are doing anything to make money, and they just don't know it.

A great step in the right direction, but too expensive. Thankfully, didn't impact the price we paid for my wife's mmj yet.
