New Guild requesting to be added to Rotation
 

Hello,

My new guild <Royal Blue Elves> is raid ready and would like to be added to the Raid rotation.

I have a few questions:

1) where is the current rotation order located
2) what is penalty for not complying with rotation
3) what are the pre requisites to being placed on the list
