Regen Health spells..

This may be a silly question but I want to be certain. Do the Druid spells "Regeneration" and "Chloroplast" stack by chance? I'm thinking they don't but not sure as regen comes at 34 and chloro just 10 levels later. Thanks all!

They do not stack

They just get more efficient. Double the regen for double the mana but with a longer timer on the buff.
