The dupers didn't get suspensions, as I understand it. The accounts that the dupers used that weren't actually theirs got suspensions. The dupers actual accounts got permanent bans.

Where is this stated? Where did a duper only get suspended?

Actual dupers got banned, accounts that were used in by the dupers but not necessarily for duping were suspended. Slight difference.

Follow the rules, keep your whistle clean and none of this will matter to you.
