All he could muster was an empty threat. Not one argument to keep things as is and what benefit non-variance brings the server. Just empty threats about griefing players he's been griefing for 18+ months.

There was a gigantic thread earlier that Derubael ended up containing, he posed a simple question:

What is the benefit to having non-variance on the server?

He deleted any further posts that did not answer that question. Nihilum had over 2 hours, maybe even 3, to write a single benefit of non-variance to the server, and they came up with a big fat zero. The thread was then moved into the staff forum, where all deleted posts still remain in tact for the staff to read. 99% of posts were describing the benefits of variance, 1% was Nihilum posting memes or threatening the server like Nizzar did above.

I certainly won't talk for Sirken or Nilbog, but after the damning evidence that's been posted over the last few days, I don't see how they DON'T change it to variance. Nihilum can't come up with a single reason other than it will make them log on the server more.

Win win. Instead of adding content you change it so the current content is a bigger time sink. More players logged in, bigger community attracts more players, Nihilum has more end game to grind, other players benefit from the all around more healthy community, and lastly the devs get a little more slack on Velious release date.

I said it would be more healthy, of course it isn't healthy right now we don't have variance. I quoted something coming from a Nihilum member and I am 100% behind them, they are on the right track to bringing this server to new heights. Variance is upon us!
