There isn't 107 because I just took apart a drunk old nerd named Noah, but other than that there is a bigger issue.

My guess it would have to do with the fact that there is this thing called no variance, and all the dragons spawn on "Nihilum Raid Day", where 70 of the ugliest, most disgustingly vile, pathetic losers roll up their wheelchairs into the computer docking station, and slavishly play 3 hours clearing all the dragons as their swarm of terrible players encompasses Norrath, blotting out the skies as they barrel roll over eachother trying to grab the shiny pixel that Nizzar dangles in front of their crippled bodies like a carrot. Dignity gone and pixels exhausted, they creepily crawl back into their parents basements awaiting the next series of dragon spawns - exactly 165 hours later - on the next "Nihilum Raid Day". The cycle continues.
