O'Keils Radiation
 

The level 4 Wizard spell "O'Keils Radiation" seems to expire about 20seconds too early. I cast the spell and it shows 0:42 remaining on my buff bar (velious UI). At 0:18 the spell expires. I'm level 5 now, and has happened every time since I got the spell at level 4.

The man does not lie. I made a wizard to test this.

I tried to make the quality as good as possible without taking a year to upload, but in case you can't see the numbers:

The duration goes from 0:42, to 0:36, to 0:30, to 0:24, and then poof, it just disappears.
