once upon a time (when eq was fresh and real) bad players never made it past 10. slightly less bad players might achieve level 20 and get to pick a surname.
here on red99, however, for too long things have been catered to the worst players.

examples:
exp loss on pvp death was removed, exp bonus was increased.
exp bonus was increased again.
temporary super bonuses were added.
raid loot was handed out at gm events
...and the list goes on

ITS TIME TO STOP
bring back the classic eq we came here for. no more handholding & no more coddling noobs. let corpses rot if the owner isnt competent enough to recover it himself.
