Taknork: New to Norrath
 

Hello all,

With the exception of the PS2 game Champions of Norrath (I know) this is my first time exploring the world. Thus far I have an Iksar monk (L4) and an Ogre Warrior (L3). I am hoping to meet some friends to adventure with, and will probably end up settling on a particular character soon. I am enjoying the Warrior at low levels - It's nice to be able to do 18 dmg in one swing.

Thus far I have acquired some netted armor and a large rusty sword. Any advice on making the trek to the Commonlands from Oggok?

stick to them zonelines! get a SoW and a HP buff from people killing the spectres in feerrott

If you have maps, don't necessarily always take the direct approach, it seems faster, but I'm some cases it isn't because you'll most likely die ;p. In other words, try to stick to the wall lines when traveling in some zones, trust me!
