you need to update, the file is linked in the patch notes, server is having problems, may not need to update this round, rogean fixing it.

This is because the emulator is not matching the titanium client. Something got borked. I reckon a fresh compile of EMU with new patches and it needs a quick debug. We'll know when it's fixed.

I had this happen a long time ago when I tried connecting a live patched client to an emu server before there was an eqemulator.org
