Need help from enchanter or bard in Cabilis
 

Hello I am working on this quest Trooper Scale Armor and need someone that can get in Cabilis and charm a level 4ish mob for me. I imagine an Enchanter with Iksar illusion could do it. Name is Hynch in game. Thanks!
