new player needs help mounting files/getting game on
 

theres a guy here on the public mumble looking for help with getting his game started. hes never mounted filed before or anything. hes got titanium and ready to go. i had people help me so i cant really explain it to him. hes asking me to find someone who can come on mumble/ts/vent whatever an help explain it to him.

Have them post his / her questions in the technical support forum?

mount using daemontools lite -> install cd1-5

there's tons of guides on how to mount and install iso's online...

Sounds fishy

Might be fishy or it might not... but you have to wonder why they've chosen a 3rd party, who admittedly doesn't know how to figure this out for themselves, to champion their technical support effort in their place instead of finding the forums and posting in the correct spot?

And yet you've really not posted any specific questions... or posted them in the correct forum.

I think your friend should go to the appropriate forum thread and post for himself.
