chked gypos in NK today and it wasnt there.

is this a bug or is this at another loc. I did see the grp version (lvl34) on one of the vendors there.

what am i missing?

imo this is a bug.

its quite obvious the (soe)developers forgot to put this spell in the game at kunark launch....inserting it(velious) was a revision of an eror of ommision. :P

How do I ask fro this to be reviewed.....as there is no guarantee that velious will arrive before christmas.

It won't be reviewed as the purpose of the server is to try to mimic what happened in Live, including the errors and bugs.
