Bone Chips (Cabilis) Faction Bugged
 

So I recently bought thousands of bone chips and spent days turning them in and am now max faction with the Troopers... each turn in shows your faction with 5 Iksar factions going up including the merchants... I'm still Scowling to all merchants and bankers! This quest is broken and it cost me a lot of time and money to find this out.
