not really on a "diet", but I completed a 45 day juice fast after I returned home from camp. I'm feeling really good, I'm down about 45-50 lbs so far,

it pretty much healed my leg, no more swelling, got off a few meds, blood pressure is back with-in normal range etc..

Juicing is a big part of my regular daily routine now. I usually have 2 or 3 a day, one being a green juice, and have switched to more of a plant based diet with very little meat or dairy if any at all.

I'm planning on doing another juice fast soon, I want to try to make it 60 days like Joe Cross did.

I can't believe the dredge blob actually came back to the forums like 8 months after he "quit" for the 100th time, just because gotrocks randomly mentioned him in one thread.
