Harmony not working correctly in High Keep
 

This zone is flagged as an outdoor zone, you can sow.

Cast harmony on nobles multiple times. They should pull single. Both come at the same time along with Bard npcs on 2nd floor. I know pathing was revamped here and the zone did not give experience for along time.

Mobs also warp on top of you, get stuck in weird places and the pathing is horrid. But Harmony is not working as intended.

Can confirm harmony not working on nobles, not even on the one it was specifically cast on.
